Though many recipes are tasty, there still is the awareness that they are not right out of oven.

Overall, I like the Munchery service because it makes my life easier. We order Munchery regularly every Monday, since that is our busiest day. The food is generally tasty and good quality. Room for improvement would be that I avoid the steak dishes because they don't turn out as well when reheated. I personally would prefer more Paleo options without starchy sides. One little thing I find annoying is that some of the lids are compostable, some are recyclable. I think that makes it confusing, and I have no doubt many people have put the lids into the wrong place as a result.

Convenience, good food, reliable. Couldn't ask for more.

Some dishes have been too spicy for me. Spicy should be on the side. I didn't receive one dish and did not know how to contact Munchery. I have a long history with Munchery. Please check my account. It is so convenient for me and is easy to order.

Munchery has communicated it's decision to pursue higher quality meals and is meeting that commitment. The quality of food is very good. However the steady increase in price is approaching the point where the service is no longer cost competitive. Services like Sunbasket offer better value that compensates for the small loss of convenience from the ready to eat service that Munchery excels at.

Munchery is terrific...their delivery is always prompt...they give you choices on several time slots and let you know when your food is on its way AND when it has arrived at your door. We order several dishes because we have a large family...of course, we all have different tastes but there is always something for everyone. We like to share entrees...gives you lots of tastes sensations. Periodically we may have something that we don't love but overall the seasonings are spot on and we are very satisfied. It's pretty nice to be able to depend on a food service. Munchery rarely lets us down.

Munchery is an amazing service. My wife and I work long hours and we actually have been thrilled to have Munchery provide dinner for us four nights a week. That's right four nights a week and we never, I repeat never get tired of it. We look forward to these "yummy" dinners every night after a long hard day at work. Terrific selection. And to top it off, we now never have to throw away food that has gone bad in the refrigerator.

Thia rating system uses the word friction which has no consistent meaning too much. I love Munchery and use them often but have a had a three delivery delays or issues does the mean i should have rated them 4 instead of 5?
