Always efficient

Normally i have had prompt delivery in the past but this time i ordered on the 4 th a monday so i could have the tags in plenty of time for the following week when the school holidays started and i could get into the tag testing. Got an email on the 7th a thursday to say the tags were ready to ship. Three days to put tags in a bag and send them ? Anyhow missed out on doing testing this holidays because of this as the courier wont come back until 25th when school starts again. Otherwise staff were helpful and friendly as usual.
