I recently had an issue with a unit that was sent in for recalibration, ATS kept me informed the whole way through the process and when a problem was found it was going to take a longer than anticipated time to fix the problem. ATS supplied me with a loan unit in the interim all at there own cost. when it was discovered that the unit could not be repaired, I was supplied with a new unit under warranty with no fuss whatsoever. I would recommend ATS to anyone looking to come into the Test & Tag business or current testers looking for a reliable supplier, They are hands down the best in the business.
