Had to wait a little longer than I was expecting But worth the wait a really nice roof canopy quite easy to put up l managed to do most of it on my own had a little help with polycarbonate sheets as they are 4 meters long and a little awkward on your own LB SUPPLIES kept me in formed on my delivery and very helpful .A we’ll made roof canopy many thanks

Easy to order and quick delivery, thumbs up from me!

Ordered a polycarbon self install canopy supplied via LB Limited from Novolux, The kit was delivered well packaged and is of good quality. There were some fixing bolts missing and one of the carbon panels ( all cut to length) had some indentations in it. I found this some weeks after delivery as I had stored the kit wrapped until I needed it. I then saw the e mail invoice asking for faults to be reported within 48 hours. I thought, here we go another battle with an online company over quality. To my great surprise, the company replace the sheet immediately and it arrived 24 hours after I had informed them. You have somewhat restored my faith, so we’ll done for not making a big issue out of a situation that was probably of your making or of the courier you use.

Very impressed with the service. Canopy arrived well packaged. Not assembled it yet as away on holiday. Looking forward to putting it together.
