Great service good value 👍

The canopy is really nice and solid, i was a little disappointed in the after sales as they state delivery is between 5 and 15 days, mine took 21 days, it would of been nice for some communication from the supplier to let me know instead of me chasing them.

Made contact with the company. Was given excellent advice. I have several questions and they were all answered. I placed the order and it arrived on time. Unfortunately my builder has let me down and still waiting for the canopy to be put up . Very pleased with the service.

Absolutely fantastic product (Novolux Pro Canopy) - delighted with it. Quality surpasses others I’ve seen at similar price point. The only area for improvement would be the communication if I were to be picky. My order had a three week lead time, during which there were no updates and I had to check in occasionally on Chat to see if the order was on track with my expectations. Other than that, great stuff and thanks.

Brilliant service! Arrived quickly and packaged safely !

Window was sent very quickly. Delivery came when I wasn't home but driver placed it in a very safe place and left a note, which was very much appreciated. Packaging however, is a bit light and box ripped open when grabbed at handle hole exposing the window itself.

I odered a window and its come with wrong size i call them for return they give me a long process and ask for 35% handling charge plus they want delivery i send it
