SCAM ALERT!! Not to mention the bunch of stolen and realabedl trash indicators they sell...This website is a scam. When I talked to someone on their website to cancel they agreed but they charged me again. And on the merchants' website they don't give you the option to delete a payment method. I looked through lots of comments about this merchant on Truspilot it turned out my situation was not alone. I asked Luxalgo to refund me since they charged me without my permission and they refused because"it's longer than 72 hours". Next step I'm filling a report to BBB and other federal agencies. UPDATE as of 12/4/2024 00:38 est: Still have NOT reiceived the promised refund and have NOT got an email back in 3 days UPDATE as of 12/5/2024 00:38 est: Luxalgo claims they have issued refund thru paypal but that"refund" was nowhere to be found. I also reached out to paypal customer service they confirmed there was NO refund sent, sent all the proof to Luxalgo online chat and no response. It is ridiculous the way they keep playing games with customers.
