Right from the start I was impressed by the quick responses to my questions, and patient replies to my obvious lack of technical expertise. Konrad's helpfulness went above my expectations. Thank you.

So far so good the indicators that Luxalgo provides are really insightful and the customer service is also really good i had an problem and Konrad solved it for me in matter of few minutes, really good service if you are looking to upgrade your trading game Luxalgo is really the way i can definetly recomed it.

Customer service was fast, and absolutely amazing

This indicator does not work well and gives a lot of false alerts, and causes confusion with a screen full of colors not recommended, they also do not give a refund until thirty days, after you have paid, as they state on their website.

Normally I would rate 5 Stars, but read: The Indicators are awesome. The Support is awesome too. But I have had a Problem! I ordered a yearly subscription. My actual subscription was lasting for another 3 months. So they Took away my remaining 3 months and did not answer any further questions from me. I lost 3 months of my subscription and find this behaviour very unpolite !!!!!

The service and help at Lux Algo is amazing. I didn't want to use any indicator anymore so I asked for a refund and got one right away!
