The customer care service is not automated and this made my experience awesome because of the good relationship between the support team and me.I recommend Luxalgo to other traders because upon enquiring customer service,the response is timely and also it's not automated.

Unfortunately, not only have I not received the promised service, but I've also faced difficulties in obtaining a refund, despite the company's claim of a 30-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied. I've followed all recommended steps and contacted support through multiple times, but I have yet to receive any response or resolution. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and goes against LuxAlgo.com's stated policies on their website. Due to the lack of response from support, I was forced to file a dispute through PayPal to seek a refund. This process has been taxing and has eroded my trust in LuxAlgo.com as a reliable service. I would like to take this opportunity to caution other users based on my negative experience. I strongly recommend making online purchases through secure platforms like PayPal to protect against potential mistreatment or scams. The lack of response and failure to fulfill LuxAlgo.com's refund guarantees are concerning, and I believe it is crucial for potential buyers to be informed about these issues before making a purchase.
