Meine Bank hat automatisch die Kreditkartenzahlung an Lux Algo retourniert und die Kreditkarte wegen Betrug gesperrt. Dann wurde das Geld wieder zu Lux Algo geschickt, aber vom Bankkonto aus. Sie sind aber nicht fähig, die ihr Bankkonto auf meinen Namen und mein Konto hin zu durchsuchen und es händig in das Benutzerkonto einzugeben. Ich warte seit über einem Monat auf die Freischaltung und werde nur abgewimmelt, dass man keine Zahlung im Kundenkonto hätte. Ja, klar nicht, sie muss händisch verbucht werden. Dann empfiehlt man mir mit meiner Bank zu reden. Aber das Geld ist ja schon bezahlt. Es ist ärgerlich. Wahrscheinlich werde ich bis Nov 24 warten müssen, bis das Abo erneuert wird und inzwischen keinen Zugang haben. Die neue Kreditkarte habe ich schon eingegeben. Sie haben nicht einmal verstanden, dass die Zahlung ja nicht über die alte Kreditkarte erfolgen kann. Es wird ja nur per Kreditkarte automatisch dem Kundenkonto zugeteilt. Wenn die Zahlung anders erfolgt, muss man es händisch machen. Aber anscheinend ist der Support nicht zu so etwas fähig. Bei jedem KMU wird man viel besser bedient.

customer support suck... so lazy cant even check your account or they all robot i cant even to talk to anyone . and it takes time to respond.. ill change my review if my problem get fix
