Quick delivery

When ordered gave date wanted but after paying delivery was a range of dates for delivery. Came after birthday. Came with candy not the cupcakes. Added fees brought total higher than what the experience was worth, in my opinion.

My sister loved the cake! I had it personalized and she enjoyed her cupcake!

When my wife opened the box on Valentine’s Day, the butterflies did not fly into the air, but fluttered out of the box and onto the floor with no flight. Nothing like what we saw in the commercial ads.

The presentation was lovely, my daughter loved it. The owls flying out with the music and spinning were very festive. It arrived on the day I requested. The cake itself was awful. I knew it was a cupcake size, so I had a separate cake for everyone. It tasted like cardboard. I wasn't buying it for the cake, but it should have been decent. Cakes don't travel well so I didn't expect a lot, but perhaps cookies or chocolate frogs would be better. The box is still sitting on my daughter's shelf to show her friends. I'd recommend the service, I was buying a presentation, which was great and we all enjoyed it.

Excellent experience.

The concept was great. The only problem was the bubbles did not work as the main hose was disconnected. I had to take the top off to reattach the silacone hose. It works now after I did all of that. I suggest your company needs to re-address the quality control to test the product before it is sent out. I loved the theme.
