Hi. I’m very disappointed in you folks! The cake came defected, as the butterflies did not fly out. I was ashamed and my wife’s bday was ruined because of this issue. Please give me a full refund!

The gift did not get to my granddaughter house until after 5 which was to late for her party. This was very disappointing.

Overall, the experience was greatly enjoyed by the recipient. Although, I made the purchase and asked for a specific date for delivery, and it was late.

Everything exceeded expectations. She couldn’t stop giggling when the butterflies were released.

My wife LOVED it. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because they only have one gluten free option. Other than that, it was great.

I was totally updated from the time I entered the order to the time it was delivered at the door. I was sending it to another address so I was able to coordinate with them and be sure they received it. I always knew where my cake was. My mother and the other nursing home patients and staffed were totally entertained when the butterflies came out! It was awesome.
