I placed a order and paid extra for express shipping. I didn't receive my package or a call back after calling the customer service 2 times. As of today 3 days after my package was to be delivered i still have not had a call back or resolution.

All but 3 butterflies were unwind and therefore did not have the animated effect.

My order was supposed to be delivered between the 11th and 14th. But it was delivered on valentines day. Right on time. Couldn't have been better

My wife loved the gift! The package was easy to track throughout the whole process. I love that part of the process. You made incredible easy. Thank you so much!

spent $70 just for everything to just fall out of the box.....butterflies fell straight t\o the floor and flapped around like dead fish. Waste of money

The cake we received was stale and hard. My wife took one bite, said yuk and threw it out. She thanked me for the thought and told me to never purchase a cake like this again as it was horrible.

It was excellent despite one of the orders being stolen of porch. I appreciate the replacement box. They both enjoyed their birthday boxes. Thank you so much for your service.
