My wife never recieved my gift. Tracking said that the package was recieved But in reality, it was not

I expected more flavorful cup cake! Only few of the butterflies flew! Not like being advertised! Completely disappointed!

She loved it. Wish we could have been there to see it live but it looked pretty good on video.

Several things, I paid $16 extra to get it here by the 13th and it came late late on the 14th. When Cindy opened the gift the cards didn't fly out at all!!! I had to poke at it with my finger to get it to finally discharge. Ruined Valentine's day! For $80+ I could have done so much better! What was supposed to be the coolest Vday gift ever was a complete dud! The cake was good.
