Well run suite but so far from the concert that you weren't part of the event. Essentially paid a lot for a seat to watch youtube videos (with a speaker in the way) from 300yards. I acknowledge that this is a venue specific problem but for the money it was a huge disappointment.

Went to Taylor Swift at Wembley through ICE and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Gee, our sales executive, was super supportive in the entire process and made sure we were taken care at all times and even followed up after the concert. The show was amazing and our seats were great. Gee at ICE is my go to person for all events now going forward. Thank you !!
