Avoid this outfit like a Corona Virus

Very difficult to write a review on such a despicable outfit without using offensive words . I lost hundreds of pounds due to postponments/cancellations and they rudely refuse to refund .I am a client of several years and paid them many many thousands of pounds all to no avail . It is wrong to give them one star .You should have a special category to warn people NOT to even contemplate giving them business Safe Prediction : They will go into adminstration within the next few weeks appropriating all the deposits and then reappear in a different name to fleece other clients . We should track and expose the names of the directors

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Despite Monaco Grand Prix cancelling we are not allowed a refund and have an £8K credit with them to use at future events! We had also booked King George Day which has been cancelled and event IS giving refunds but judging by everyones comments looks like they are not giving refunds for this either! An absolute bunch of crooks and we will never book another event with them! Stay well away unless you are prepared to be ripped off!!

King George Day Saturday 2020 I am not happy with re-booking this event next year, I would like a refund, If an event is cancelled by the operator why don’t I have the right to a refund, where are my rights to a refund. This is the second event to cancel and I feel that this is unprecedented circumstances ,Imperial events are not helping business with refunds and you are only looking out for Imperial. I don’t feel this is great service. Why am I out of pocket for an event that was cancelled Why are you no refunding me

Poor poor poor

Every other events Company have refunded cancelled events due to this dreaded Coronavirus apart from 1. Yep you’ve guessed it.. IMPERIAL CORPORATE EVENTS LTD..... absolutely appalling attitude and zero customer service. They can’t even be bothered to respond. Good luck when all this is over.... doubt you will have many customers left that would use you!!

GDPR means little to this lot

We have asked multiple times to be removed from their databases, going back to January 2018, and despite a confirmation email from them recently saying that we had been removed we have continued to recieve calls from them (Molly, twice in 10 days). They have now started asking for different people in the office and claiming it is a personal matter - which is just a blatant lie Steer clear

Very low levels of integrity!

I've lost count of the number of times i've unsubscribed, asked to be removed from mailing list etc. they even told me in writing that i'd been removed and clearly i have not as this week i received a call to my personal mobile number whilst on holiday and two unsolicited emails i'm glad i've worked out what these guys are about early on because i feel that they are capable of much much worse

Do not go anywhere near this lot

Do not go anywhere near this misleading set of crooks. Booked a races event, which I had to pay a deposit there and then, otherwise "the places will have gone". I reluctantly agreed. I "had to sign the forms asap and return" which I did. Sadly things changed shortly after booking, which prevented me from going to the event. I can understand in this scenario I would lose my deposit and to be fair was advised that also, which I understand and that part isn't a problem. What I wasn't advised is to cancel the event you are asked to stump up 50% of the total cost of the event, which is a considerable amount to lose. Fair enough if this was made clear I probably wouldn't have booked and if it was within a few weeks of the said event fair enough I'd expect to lose more than a deposit, however I cancelled with 8 months to go before the event. After numerous attempts of contacting this bunch of crooks with failed calls, I now have a solicitors letter which states cheekily "They have made several attempts to contact me". It seems like company policy to use sharp and misleading practices. Stay well away!!!!!
