Concert overall fantastic. Food was ok. Was expecting much better given the package price. Post concert food was only a slice of sausage roll!! Overall very disappointed with the catering offer in terms of value for money. The DJ was good fun.

Tickets to Taylor Swift Era’s Tour - so grateful for a seamless experience and for the joy I was able to give my daughter. Fantastic view and a capable crew who took care of us. Great communication every step of the way. Thank you! 🙏

Wonderful service from booking all the way through to the event (shout out to Gee!). Tickets were available 48 hours prior to the event so we could distribute to our guests who were arriving from all over the country/world. Only complaint is the price markup. Tickets were already marked up +50% (which is fine) but then the "service fee" of 20% on top of that is a lot.

So overpriced compared to other event companies I have bought from previously and compared to the ticket price on the tickets. The Taylor swift concert was excellent as were the seats but the food was lukewarm, the food and drinks stopped when Taylor Swift started ie at around 6.45pm. So we had to buy our own food! Overall would not use this company again - did write to complain but no reply hence putting my complaint on here.

Thought the admin was a last minute.com experience. Airline tickets and tickets for the concert arrived literally 24 hours beforehand despite chasing etc. standards have dropped in my view and unusually there was no local presence in Munich for assistance. We were very much left to get on with everything ourselves including travel from airport to hotel and back which was fine but I think you need to make that very clear at the outset. Hotel was excellent and very helpful concierge which was great in terms of getting us to and from A to B. Great concert despite the heavy rain throughout but I would need convincing to book through you again in terms of appreciating/understanding exactly what is on offer.
