I ordered tasty spices bbq seasoning It showed as stock Available on your website. Later that week I get an email that you don’t have it in stock and it’s coming in. I didn’t hear back for another week until I chased up again.. and then got response still not received from supplier. If an item you don’t have in stock state it as sold out. I would have purchased it elsewhere

Great communication when item was out of stock - proactive updates about timing for item to come back into stock. Item shipped the day they recieved the stock and again excellent communication around shipping details, tracking and ETA. I will happily deal with these guys again!

The service is really fast I received my items a few days after placing my order and being 3 days away from Christmas day I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks but I received my items the day after boxing day. Will definitely be getting my BBQ bits and pieces from here in the future
