Excellent customer service. When my bbq on order was revealed to have some scratches due to a factory packaging issue, BBQ Store was able to inform me promptly and provided me options and a discount due to the fault.

I emailed their customer service/sales department. They did a lot of research to ensure I had the correct piece. Delivery was delated due to covid, however that was out of their control.
