I was expecting that the taste of the crush balls would be more robust and full like on the Marlboro switch…unfortunately the taste is not strong enough I have to put at least 2 balls in the filter to taste anything. The fruit flavors are really not strong at all…I would stick to menthol if you want to buy…I will be looking for a provider that has the same balls as Marlboro or the other cigarette companies so little disappointed to be truthful

Awful customer service. Never received items, they won't do anything about it as they have a royal mail card showing signed for. Signature was an x! Delivered 11.55am. I work till 5pm. Will never use again and will make sure I tell everyone what a bad company they are
