Placed an order with them on 28th Feb Still haven't received the item I sent them several messages got only a single reply with a tracking number which to this day is still invalid and does not work Wouldn't recommend and have asked for a full refund

A great product that enables you to get back to that menthol taste and the best I have tried, much better than using flavour cards. Excellent customer service also, any queries or issues answered and resolved very quickly.

Have not received a delivery yet

Product is ok, crushballs not so much. The flavours i didn’t really like and i tried a few but that could be down to the fact that I’m used to what ive always used. The crushball inserter is useable but it doesn’t work everytime on the cigarettes i buy. Maybe on cigarettes without a dip it would be much better.
