Horrible product & more horrible customer service I received a pathetic quality saree. When i tried to place a return request the very next day, they denied stating that the return can be done only in 3 days. After multiple follow ups, they finally agreed & I returned the product to Delhivery agent. Now it's been more than 20 days that I haven't received the refund. I am continuously trying to follow up with them. Last week they said that I'll get the refund in 2 days , but i am still waiting on it. When I asked for transaction ID, they told me that refund has not been initiated yet

customer support is a big drawback. Ordered a saree and din like the quality, so returned and asked for a refund, it’s been more than 20days since the initial order and about 5 days since the return was complete yet they did not issue my refund inspite of multiple mails and follow-ups. Beware! It’s a Shady site!
