ASL were very proactive in finding a better printing machine for us which met our needs much more closely for a better price. The staff were always friendly, helpful and responsive.

After participating in a procurement exercise with a local Catholic multi-academy trust, we found ASL to be the standout bidder, offering exceptional value. While I tend to be sceptical of value assessments and photocopier sales pitches, the service we’ve received from ASL has exceeded our expectations. We introduced a new fleet of eight copiers to our large secondary school in Croxteth on 1st September, and from day one, everything has run smoothly. There have been no complaints from staff, and feedback has been consistently positive. The faster copiers have noticeably increased productivity among our educators. The ASL team was excellent at understanding our needs and ensuring the fleet was perfectly suited to the demands of the school. They delivered exactly what was promised, within the required timescales. Straightforward renewal and replacement device.

Customer service is appalling. We had a long relationship with ASL and service was a mixed experience. However now we are largely paper free and the contract has come to a natural end, we are struggling to get a simple answer to when/if the contract has ended, because there is a rolling three month clause with a direct debit. I have asked ASL a dozen times if this has ended, and how we recover printers in an ecological fashion, and getting no answers. Massive waste of my time for a simple answer from Reece. Terrible service and I can see this going to court if we stop the debit and they still try and charge.
