Outstanding tech support

The service I received from their tech support colleague Matt Kear was one of the best I've ever come across. My issue was getting the printer to print with preserving CMYK colours for the purpose of marketing proofing. It took a few attempts until we found the issue that required a new printer driver. Although, his initial choice didn't work out and Matt himself wasn't familiar with colour profiles, he knew which colleague, (who was based in a totally different part of the country) to ask for advice and in the end installed the right driver on my laptop. Thanks Matt.

Excellent Service

ASL worked with extremely short notice to replace our ageing machine. They kept us informed, were quick to respond to our questions and remained friendly and helpful throughout. We received an upgraded machine earlier than we expected and delivery was easy and straight forward. They are a great team and we will definitely be using ASL in the future.

Terrible company to deal with

Took out a lease on a Canon printer in early November 23 which was not fit for purpose. Was informed all finance and payments would be put on hold from ASL and finance company whilst a return and replacement arranged. Late November payment was then taken for installation as well as quarterly bill for a printer we were not even using. Much back and forth talking to customer service as well as account managers and directors over the following months and still not resolved by March, despite numerous assurances. Direct debits previously had to be stopped as still no resolution by February/March, at which point I ended up with a default on my credit report as ASL had still failed to sort the issue or informed the finance company there was a hold on all payments. Eventually collection of the Canon was arranged, and a suitable replacement was delivered in March. New agreement for replacement printer was put in place as well formally documented that all monies owed to me would be returned. Direct debits reinstated for new printer, only to subsequently realise after a second successive payments in May followed by one in June that payments are now being taken for both printers from the new direct debit. I am still yet to receive reimbursement and every time we speak to ASL individuals are either on leave, unavailable or it's out of the hands to sort. Meanwhile 8 months down the road of this shambolic experience I am now owed over £1800 from ASL and the finance has clearly still to be resolved suitably. Absolutely Appalling experience!!!!!

Excellent customer service..

I registered a fault with our printer and received an email notifying that support would be in contact. Within minutes of the email I received a call. The support fully understood my problem and was able to talk me through fixing it while on the phone. Within 2 minutes the problem was resolved and the printer back up and working. This was excellent customer service and all involved were really polite and helpful. Thank you!!
