We have worked with simply collect for a year now and they have been so helpful, polite and efficient. Tamzin in particular has been our main contact and she has been lovely to work with, always on the ball and willing to help. Would highly recommend them.

Had some financial problems recently and had to phone simply collect about a direct debit. The lady on the phone, Tamzin, was really understanding of the situation and helpful in getting me sorted. Really happy with my experience.

I spoke to a lovely young lady called Yasmin who sorted my queries straight away, i would say i was a bit embarrassed about calling as i have missed a fair few payments due to financial struggles. However, Yasmin immediately solved my problem and offered me a payment plan, which has now put my mind at ease :)

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I’ve joined GB BJJ club. I’ve bought gi for £160 and set up direct debit with SimplyCollect, payed for first month. After 4 or five trainings I’ve injured my spine. When I wanted to resign SimplyCollect wants me to pay for thee more months (£150) even I am not able to attend training. I will not join another business that uses this company. Avoid if possible.
