Don’t trust this company, very bad customer service and doesn’t even try to help their customers did not answer to emails

Rip off merchants! Contract says minimum period is 5 direct debit payments. I have made 6 direct debit payments and they are trying make me pay at 7th direct debit payment before I can cancel. I was only cancelling contract because I'm struggling with the cost of living going up and now they are trying to rob me some more.

Disappointing experience my payment was late as they took it on a different date but they were very unhelpful and I asked for a manager and no one called back. My sons dad had just died but they refused to help. unprofessional

We've been using Simply Collect for a couple of years now and have been very happy with our experience, as a Club.
