Rip off merchants! Contract says minimum period is 5 direct debit payments. I have made 6 direct debit payments and they are trying make me pay at 7th direct debit payment before I can cancel. I was only cancelling contract because I'm struggling with the cost of living going up and now they are trying to rob me some more.

Disappointing experience my payment was late as they took it on a different date but they were very unhelpful and I asked for a manager and no one called back. My sons dad had just died but they refused to help. unprofessional

We've been using Simply Collect for a couple of years now and have been very happy with our experience, as a Club. Tamzin is always available to answer any of my queries and fix any issues that may have arisen. They have also shown a lot of flexibility and a quick turn around in options for club members during Covid to accommodate for our club members. Will definitely recommend them to other club owners!

Simply collect great for taking care of the admin
We have found using Simply collect to be business changing on the next level. We are now concentrating on growing our business. The price is great and saves me having to employ my own staff to sort the tasks out of following up arrears. Customer service is great, the team they have are so helpful and when I have an IT question things are quickly sorted out. we would recommend this to fellow nursery owners.
