I ordered a pair of HCD shoes on discount. Shoes were shipped immediately the day after and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery address was in Germany and signature was required to receive the package. Unfortunately after Brexit custom taxes, duty fees and additional VAT usually apply in Germany. The customer support was great and handled all my questions in the best possible way. They replied quickly, very politely, offered solutions and alternatives. I would definitely buy again but since the delivery address is outside of UK I would also contact then in advance to clarify that.
