I had never heard of this company and there were no reviews here, so I was a bit nervous to order online, but more research showed that they have a physical store, so that made me go ahead. I ordered 2 Joe Browns items (which are out of stock on the Joe Browns website). I was very impressed by the service. I received an email confirmation of the order immediately, at 10am on Saturday, received a confirmation of dispatch and tracking number later the same day and was holding the items in my hand by 10:30am on Monday. As well as the item, they enclosed a free gift of 2 strawberry twizzlers and a "Save the Bees" pin! The items I ordered are exactly as described and of lovely quality, with the original tags and labels. I note Yella Brick Road have sold them at the same price as Joe Browns and not marked them up, as some other companies have done. Shipping was also free, as the order was over £25. The only tiny criticism I have, is that the bag I ordered has been shipped in a slightly too-small box and so the top of it is slightly crushed, but I am sure this will come out with a little time. On the whole, I have been very impressed and pleased with their customer service and will definitely consider ordering from them again.
