Quick delivery great price first class

I ordered an mjjc snow foam lance and when it came it was faulty so I started a return. Then I ordered an Mtm pf22.2 to replace it at a higher cost but when it came it wasn’t worth £60 so I ordered another mjjc from them which came and is fine and doesn’t leak like the first one so I’m keeping that one but still no one has replied back to me about returning the Mtm for a refund. I’ve sent numberious messages asking but still nothing. Customer service is terrible don’t even reply back and now I have two foam lances because no one can be bothered to message me for a refund
