Imran and team provide a professional service and stock great products for car detailing. I have purchased many items from In2 and have had no issues todate. My more recent purchase the Carbon Nano mini polisher was as expected. Purchased in favour over the Flex PXE 80 mini. I'm only the occasional detailer and could not justify the x2 extra cost on the Flex. The Nano is more than I'll need it is a great tool and has all the pads.

First time customer of In2Detailing and feel let down somewhat. Became aware of this company through Heather’s YouTube channel Auto HQ and decided to give them a go. Ordered on 23rd Feb with a 24 hour delivery promise and received Tuesday 1st March. Needed the product for the weekend for my own car and a family member who I had promised a full detail to. Response I received when I queued my outstanding delivery was the label had been damaged at some stage. No goodwill gesture or follow up email to “check in” with me. Not a great experience overall, not sure if I should go to Amazon who always deliver on time or try again with my fingers crossed?
