Danny M has been very helpful. I was ready to return the camera because I just couldn't get it to work. By the time I called him I was ready to get help to get it to work or get me help to return it. I rajn out of time the first time and he said he will call me back later to help me getting it to work and he did and my camera is working now!

I have enjoyed the quality, setup, and monitoring incorporated into this product. It set up easily, The quality is very nice. Its worth it utilizing the audio portion.

Fairly easy to set up, and get running. Picture quality exceeds the Simplisafe cameras! The camera sitting on the fireplace mantle survived being swatted to the hardwood floor (..well once anyway..) by an ornery cat.

Having trouble using the app. I have tried to set this camera several times. For some reason I cannot get past the registration on the phone app.

The technical support person was very helpful. Still a little on the fence for the camera. Has not yet performed to my expectation.
