Still have not received product

Still haven’t received my camera!!!

It takes a little understanding of technology! I'm old and not tech savvy! I got it working finally and it works !

Camera as described. Thought I had and issue, which was my own ignorance but they got back to me with in 15-30 min. Respectful, great business dealing

Good quality and the item was as describe it.

It was probably USPS that caused my items to be delivered a day late.

We purchase our product for our customers from crorzar. There product pricing is competitive and if we have had issues they have worked it out with us. Their door sensors and cameras are what we purchase and rely on for our customers.

Cameras are simple to learn in. Need to have your phone connected to 2g WiFi network. I had mine connected to the 5g WiFi network and it didn’t work. In their online instructions it states this. Wish this was in the manual or even better in their app. I have called this company and virtually visited their assemble/shipping/manufacturing location. They are a Utah company and have American workers working on their products.

Worst camera ever to hook up to my wireless system. Can do easy via lan. Wireless? forget about it.
