Terrible communication and service - 10 days deliver for a next day delivery. Shane wazookah shut up shop as these cowboys have no clue

Scammers!! Paid for next day delivery and it arrived broken! Then took multiple chasing to sort refund. To which I was agreed to get my delivery fee back. They’ve now only refunded product fee and not delivery fee and ignoring me! Abilities scammers taken this to ombudsman to sort now.

Shisha Gear has a good selection of tobacco and items which are fairly priced. From the order to the door it was efficient and reliable. I won’t hesitate to order again.

They often stick hookah products no one else has and as soon as they are released and the best part is they have a loyalty program where your collected points can get you things like free delivery or money off your next purchase.
