I've been searching on the internet a specific part for my shisha - a magnet connector that you place inside of a Mattpear shisha. The problem is that it's impossible to find spare parts like this one that can be shipped to Spain (yes, believe me Spain doesn't have those). So, these guys helped me out. Although I am having problems with the shipping, this doesn't have to do with them, as it's mostly related to an awesome infrastructure of Spanish customs. Even with this problem I am receiving enough help and assistance from Shishagear, so I can't realy say anything else but big "Thank You"! I am definitely coming back to this shop because they've got some awesome things that we don't have here in Spain.

Shishagear are consistently excellent. I have never had any issues with my purchases. I am a regular customer. Delivery is fast and prompt. They package the shisha tobaccos really well so that it doesn’t leak during delivery. Their reward system for discounts are also very generous. Excellent shisha, Delivered promptly! I must say the customer service received was top class. I bought a hookah set but realised that when my delivery arrived that one of the items was missing. I reached out the shisha gear customer service and they sent over the missing part with next day delivery without any hesitation! The also gave a coal burner free of charge as a gesture of good will. Very impressed!

Excellent choice of flavours / equipment for very reasonable prices. Delivery is fair and they definitely go the extra mile to get your items to you as quickly as possible. I'd highly recommend them. I've made a few purchase over the last few months and they've been excellent (who would have thought banana custard is an amazing shisha flavour).
