I have purchased a few times from inrush and have not been disappointed. Wide choice of items. Fast delivery & great prices

I placed my order last Friday 14.02.25. I haven’t received an email confirmation of my order and when it will be delivered. I have emailed you severally without getting a response. I have tried to call your number but there is always nobody available to receive calls. I’m so frustrated with you and I will never buy anything from you gain you are so pathetic I don’t like how you work. Can you let me know where my order is at?

I’d give 0 star if possible! It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received my parcel, I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund and I’m being told the courier have 30 days to do this, which is rubbish! Also, loads of questions are being avoided they won’t answer them and asking me irrelevant questions themselves. Definitely wouldn’t order again from here.

Placed an Ikrush order through Debenhams and the item unfortunately didn't fit so needed to be returned. Was a nightmare to work out the returns process as I needed to be sent a prepaid label instead of just sending it directly myself. Finally got this sorted and made my return. The return policy states the return and refund process will take 2 weeks and I waited 4 weeks. After numerous messages to both Debenhams and Ikrush I kept getting fobbed off that my refund was 'on it's way' and being told to 'wait until x date' and it eventually arrived four weeks after being returned. An absolute shambles of a return process and will never use either company again!
