Really fast delivery. Customer service team have been helpful with delivery enquiries needed. Products I've had include blazers, knitwear, trousers and co ord sets. All have been lovely and great value as well as quality. Sizes are typically generous too. My new favourite item are wide leg trousers trimmed with leopard print. Great dressed up or casual.

My order arrived quickly but unfortunately 2 out of 3 of the pairs of shoes I ordered were sent in the wrong size. I returned them as per the return policy. SIX WEEKS LATER and I’ve still received no refund, I have confirmation that these were delivered to their warehouse over 5 weeks ago. They’ve now stopped answering my messages. I would not recommend them at all. Edit: I have amended this review and improved the score slightly as I did get my refund but beware that it took a long time.

Unfortunately I have been scammed by this company. After not receiving a dispatch or tracking info I contacted them to see when my parcel would arrive. They told me it was delivered and when I asked for proof they sent me a picture of a parcel with another address. I actually went to that address and they were an old couple who had not received anything! I asked them to send me a replacement or refund and was told they had to wait 48 hours. After that time I asked for an update and was told I had to wait until the 9th November before they could refund me. Contacting them today they have now said it’s another 3-4 weeks before they can refund me. I’ve had a lost parcel from another merchant previously and did not have this wait or hassle. They are not empathetic or sorry at all and I believe they have never shipped my parcel and are buying time. I have had to contact my bank today and report them for fraud.
