First and last time buying from this company. I pre-ordered some shoes which would be delivered a month later. Only to find days before the delivery that there was a delay and would have to wait another week. Four times this happened and when I asked for a refund, I just got excuse after excuse. I had to go through my credit provider to get my money. I have since looked at their products and they are just clothes being resold from china. Save your money and go straight to Shein.
