Shocking to be completely honest, and not worth the hassle. Have been back and forth with Janet forever it feels like. The long and short of it; 20th November - placed an order of £170 Order was stuck at Royal Mail for over 2 weeks, somewhere in Manchester (I’m Essex) in this time explained it was too late I didn’t want it , and doubted it would arrive. Was told I would have to wait whilst they submitted a claim and wait for a response sheet, which is only sent on a Friday and could take 2-3 weeks. So at this point out of pocket £170 and no items plus had to order elsewhere as needed the items. Order finally delivered (annoyingly as I mentioned I didn’t want it as it had taken to long) just shy of 3 weeks after ordering. I opened the parcel , completed the returns form (after having to request via email as it had been so long I was out of the returns period) packaged up and sent back. I then receive my refund notification which is incorrect as not refunded £30. Back and forth again, informed one of the jumpers wasn’t scanned in. Guess what… that’s right I have to wait again whilst they request the paperwork from their warehouse team to figure out why it wasn’t scanned back in. I was also asked for postage receipt to show the weight of the package so they could file a claim with Royal Mail for 1 missing item… which yup of course I have to still wait for the claim to be sorted (31st December and STILL waiting) I mean I could be delusional but somehow I find it hard to believe that 1 item out of 7 could go missing, if anything it’s your warehouse team . Anyhow I just wanted to come on here and leave this review , as sure you may have no problems and that’s brilliant, but please be prepared that if you have any problems then you better be prepared to be in it for the long haul 🤦🏼‍♀️ To compare, in the past I have had parcels from other well known high street brands not arrive, and was rectified within minutes (not weeks or even months nearly) oh and they have the audacity to charge £3 return fee 😂😂 Thank you Ikrush for teaching me my lesson to stick with online shops I know and trust… oh and if you could hurry along with the rest of my refund that would also be great and I’m pretty sure Janet would like to see the back of me as well and not my name clogging up her inbox.

The ladies are very helpful on the lives and the clothes are very good quality I have the Frankie cargos in 3 colours now and I just ordered them in brown today I also have hoodie and leggings, I will definitely order more clothing in the future

Order a couple of jumpers and cargoes off this supplier and wow what a service! Got them delivered in a couple of days and brilliant quality. Will definitely purchase again.
