BUYER BEWARE: Customer has NO CONTROL over choice of shipping method or carrier

I placed my order on 2/23 for 1-day FedEx delivery, the screen said delivery date was 2/24; 2 days later I had to call to find out that my order hadn’t been processed. The young lady, Sophia, told me it had just been shipped (2/25 and sent me a tracking email that only said a label had been printed, not shipped); and that it would be 2 more business days, meaning today, Monday 2/29. When I asked what about the 1-day FedEx delivery, she told me I could not believe what was on the order form! I specified FedEx and she said it was your company’s choice as to which shipper to use…So then why even give me a choice? Why not just say we’ll ship when we feel like it and with whomever we choose? So it’s now 2/29, I’m still waiting for toner and the UPS web site says it won’t be delivered until tomorrow!! This is my 14th order, dating back to 2010 but I feel like I’ve been dealt with in a dishonest and fraudulent manner. I contacted Customer Support and got none, only a meaningless email about them having the ultimate choice in shipping and that if I really meant what I said by clicking the FedEx button for 1-day delivery I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL THEM INSTEAD. This is just wrong.

Good Customer Service, But Counterfeit Parts

I ordered an item from them new and it came obviously as a used part. The part had a use count over 10k uses, the part had wear, and even more obvious, before I used it, it made a mess on my floor from the residue of toner from the past user. I shipped it back and asked for a replacement. I got yet another counterfeit part in the same shape. When I returned this one, their warehouse told me I was wrong and that nothing was wrong with the part, even though when I tried it out it printed with smudges as an old part would. Will not be buying from them again.

Non OEM and Remanufactured are the same

I purchased a full set (4) of cartridges for my HP M177fw color laser printer. I purchased the Non-OEM versions to save a little money. The black cartridge I received was listed on the box as a "Remanufactured" cartridge. No where on the site listing the Non-OEM versions do they say that they are Remanufactured items. I'm not really happy with this since I feel that that's misleading since to me a new Non-OEM and a remanufactured cartridge are two entirely different products. I tried calling their support and all I would get as an answer is that the non-OEM could be either based on what their distributor has, which I don't agree with. Also to the only benefit I may have gotten out of the order is that I received an entirely separate box that included 2 Magenta cartridges and 1 Cyan cartridge in it. (My original box shipment had 1 Magenta, 1 Cyan, and 1 Yellow cartridges). So this extra box was just some additional cartridges. I tried doing the proper thing of letting them know but all I was told to do was to take pictures of the box shipment tags and the packing slip and send them back to them via my support ticket I had open. But since their support ticket process doesn't have any place to send pictures I guess to heck with it and it's their loss and my gain to make up for receiving a remanufactured item. Just hopefully they all work when it comes time to actually put them in the printer. Not sure if I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Waiting on REFUND for over 1 MONTH -- COMPANY IS FULL OF LIES & DECEPTION!

We ordered 5 brand new cartridges from QuikShipToner in August 2015 when we purchased a new HP printer. While we did not the new cartridges until December 2015, when we did need the QuikShipToner cartridges, they would not work. Their malfunction was due to HP hardware not accepting the QuikShipToner "chip" inside the cartridges. On December 14, 2015, we contacted QuikShipToner to advise of the issue and they indicated it was no problem as they had updated their "chip" to now function in our new HP Printer. At this time, I was told that QuikShipToner had corrected the error and I would need to REPURCHASE 5 new cartridges with the new chip and return to QuikShipToner the non-working cartridges for a FULL REFUND. (I was eligible for a full refund as my purchase fell within their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy!) I shipped the cartridges, immediately and they were received by QuikShipToner on 12/17/15. On 02/02/16, after over a month of getting the COMPLETE RUNAROUND regarding my credit on my RETURNED PRODUCT, I still do not have my refund! We were told on Friday, January 22, 2016 that our refund check was being placed in the mail ON THAT DAY! Eleven days later...NO CHECK! This company IS A FRAUD and I am going to expose it! How can a legitimate company doing legitimate business receive YOUR payment IMMEDIATELY, electronically. Yet, the same company has to MAIL A CHECK to return your monies? And, the check NEVER arrives! This is 2016, Friends! USE QUIKSHIPTONER SERVICES AT YOUR OWN DEMISE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Order did not arrive as promised!

I ordered from this company, paid for fed ex no less, after the website stated it would be delivered the next day. Three days later, still no product. And absolutely no remedy when you call customer service. I found out it was shipped USPS with no delivery date confirmed. Apologies don't cut it! When I told then if it was my company I would ship out another fedex immediately, silence was on the phone. Don't use this "quick" company

Terrible Service

I ordered 3 ink cartridges that I needed ASAP. Since there shipping location is 15 miles from where I am I called to see if I could just go pick up the package. I was told that was not possible but that I would absolutely receive the package the next day. The next morning I call customer support to ensure my package would be arriving today. They told me it was already on the truck and they would send me a tracking number in a few minutes. Fast forward a few hours and I still didnt have a tracking number and no ink cartridge arrived yet despite both UPS and fedex deliveries. I called support again to be told that my package never in fact shipped out and that I would not be receiving it for another day. Not only did the first lady lie to me about it being shipped out, but she never sent me the tracking number. Customer support lady #2 tried to blame the delay on me for not placing my order soon enough in the day. When I told her I had a confirmation order for 10:30am the prior day only then she admitted that they just had not proccessed by order until 1:30pm and thats really why I didnt receive my package on time. I can deal with mistakes because they happen to all of us, but what I cant deal with is being lied to about those mistakes. The company seems to foster a culture of lying to their customers as everyone single employee I talked to on the phone lied to me and even attempted to blame me for their mistake. I should have read the other reviews here before trusting this company.

A month of lies. They make promises, but don't deliver.

I've been told 4 times over the last month that a fuser for my printer was being replaced. Each time the customer service rep promises to get it done and each time nothing happens. The rep I ask for from the previous attempt isn't available to back up what they promised. UPDATE: It's now 6 times I've been assured the replacement fuser would be shipped. Still, they are not able to provide any shipping information or tracking numbers. Their people continue to apologize, but indicate they're overwhelmed. Their supervisors are not available.

Terrible experience...

I needed a drum in a rush. Placed an order with "Quikship". I was guaranteed/ sent a confirmation that I would indeed have delivery next day. Called to check on tracking after delivery had come and gone. Spoke with a Sophia, who then told me that she needed to check on tracking and would call me back with a tracking number. No one ever called me back.... The following day the drum arrived after no contact with "Quikship"... Unbeknownst to me the drum was actually a beat up/scratched refurbished replacement drum that was not even the same part number that I had ordered. Called "Quikship" I had to then place another order for a replacement that I was again guaranteed next day delivery. Next day still did not receive my replacement. Called to speak with a supervisor and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes along with being treated unprofessionally by the so called supervisor "Renee". I explained my situation and then again was told I would be called back. Never got a call back from Renee, I had to then call back and received the news that my replacement order was not even processed and was set to ship ground when I was told it would go overnight. I cancelled the order and am still waiting on refunds..... Would not suggest nor recommend using Quikship. Even calling "Quikship" the recorded gentleman in the voice prompter sounds like he is at a college frat party and laughing during the recording. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Terrible experience, I would rate 1 star....

Toner Cartridges ISO 9000

I used to order, but I've had several remanufactured cartridges that are printing poorly. No way that is ISO 9000 quality standard. When customer service was contacted, they wouldn't replace the cartridge. I stock up, and when I needed to use the cartridge it was out of the 6-month replacement period (which I hadn't noticed). Switched to another vendor which is truly 100% satisfaction gauranteed.
