I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.
Sent the wrong color toner three times in a row and never sent the correct color
I ordered black toner. It took almost two weeks to receive my order. It was wrong. They sent me cyan. I called and they apologized and verified that they showed I ordered black and said they would send the black. Two weeks later, another cyan showed up. I called again, went through the same procedure of verifying black. Almost two weeks later, for the third time, I received cyan instead of black. I disputed the charge with my Citi credit card. They said they would check into it. I just found out that Citi is siding with Quikship and is not going to refund my money. Now I have to follow up disputing with Citibank and also Quickship. I would never order from this company again.

I ordered toner 3 months ago and still have not received. I can not get anyone on the phone after numerous tries. This company is a SCAM!
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! They will charge your account but never send out any confirmation of the order. CHAT rarely works, no one answers the phone. After a month, they said that the item was backordered and would be shipped out soon. After nearly three months, I have no item, no further contact, and no refund. Still waiting and my bank is also attempting to obtain a refund. All for a $15 item that showed in stock and ready to ship.

I have been customer since 2010 and never had issues, but my last 3 orders have been delayed and this last one has been delayed for 3 months, so I had no choice but to cancel order. The first time delayed, I understood, because we have been customers for years, the second order we thought, lets give it another chance, but 3 months is way to long for an order to be pending and on top of that it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone to inquire about the order. Sent about 7 status request and made numerous calls and only had 2 calls returned. First call return was about 1 1/2 months after placing order and was told that one toner was backlogged and that they would split order and send me what they had and that I would receive the backlogged toner at a later time. But I never received anything. On the second call return was today, I was told the same thing and I requested a refund and cancelled my order. Don't know what is going on with the company, but we will no longer be ordering from them 3 months is way to long to wait.

I was in dire need of toner for my company and I ordered it from QuickShip Toner. Prior to ordering the product I noticed that my address was wrong (still set to my old address on the other side of the US). I changed it. The site accepted the changes and my product never arrive. It went to my former home. 3 days before a very big event and I had no toner to print my flyers for the company. I called to find out what happened. They told me where it went and I argued the fact that my address was corrected before I made the order. They said they would ship me another and have it sent to my hotel at the event. It made it the day after the event. I was on the road back home. Its been a few weeks and I still haven't received my order. They need to change their name to SlowWrongShip Toner. Never again will I rely on them. I recommend you don't either.
Not taking responsibility for broken merch
Sent me a toner cartridge with a bad chip and won't grant a refund. Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. 3 calls in - no resolution - no projected date of resolution.
Do not make the mistake of ordering anything from these people.

Had to call in and the agent told me the toner was out of stock but my card has been charged for a week without any updates from seller.
