Quick service, responsive support, and good for the budget. Purchased the flight reservation service for Schengen Visa Application (via French Embassy) on March 15 and I received the document (THAI air) within 2 hrs as described in their website. There was a correction in the name of one of the passengers and they were able to quickly correct the detail and send the updated document before the scheduled date of visa application. I was able to view the reservation in the THAI air website using the Reference code they provided. As of March 24, I can still view the flight reservation in THAI's website. The price of their flight reservation service is the cheapest I've seen so far, so it's very good for the budget. Overall, amazing experience with them. I will definitely use their service again!

Finding a appropriate solution for visa application is not a simple cake, I already rejected by the Estonian consulate before because when the embassy staff try to perceive my accommodation and travel ticket they found nothing and give me visa denial. I booked with them and it's actually only valid for 14 days but since I didn't hear from the consulate within that period of time I asked them to extend my booking for a few more days and they did it, they are simply the best agency I have ever used so far! As there are many sources available for the same services like flight and hotel bookings, but I look for someone how will provide validation like extensive plan of 14-18 days then I land on this page and ask to team regarding my query I just want extensive long validity because my consulate takes much time like 20 days for visa application approval They allow me same for 18 days validity but when I booked I found almost 21 days validity that is awesome and cool experience. Moreover the reservations are active and verifiable from airlines like emirates and Qatar airlines. 1 more thing I would like to share that the documents just like created from airlines directly which is the most important concern from embassy So the hotel and flight itineraries good to go Thank you

They have cost me my visa! I chose to believe the good reviews on here before getting my reservation but I was wrong. They say their reservation last two weeks but it's FALSE. The day I submitted my documents to the embassy (5 days after purchase), I checked and the reservation was no longer valid. I wrote them an email and they never got back to me. My visa has been refused and the reason was that my documents were not reliable. If, like me, you're reading reviews before deciding. DON'T book with them!

Don't ever try to click on their website.They are pure scam and cheat.I don't know why they are allowee to be rated on trustpilot. They gave me fake air ticket and the embassy rejected my application to submit. I even don't allowed to submit. Be ware specially if you are submitting for Shengen Visa,you are loosing every thing including your que you waited for long.I travel 6 hours train to visa center, lost it because of this company. I,immediately, let them know but they asked me for proof which I don't have because I am not allowed because of their fake ticket. Save your money and yourself from scammers. Update for your reply. You people keep deaf in purpose keep asking me the proof.I am not only rejected because of your fake ticket,even I am not allowed to submit my application so there is no rejection letter. Your second point is you said you attached me a screenshot shot as a proof.As you said me it won't be proofed on computers and only on cellphones, which the embassy won't do it.Even if it is true the application center is not my salon that can I visit when ever I wanted. Once my slot is expired I am not entitled to re enter. In summary, I am not begging you to refund my money you stole, just to remind millions of trusted clients to wake with whome they are dealing,they might booking travelling hundreds of kilometers, or longing to visit someone beloved but because of cheat companies their efforts and dreams might be derailed. How much tried to lie,it won't change your scam status. I just challenge trustpilots to remove scam companies from their ratings as it is the reason for my disappointment.
