It was good experience and the helped really well although i still need last adjustment to one of the applicants that I applied for and i need as soon as possible besides that the team was well co operating

Very reliable and it’s not expensive compared to buying a real ticket when just applying for visa only. Customer service is great as well. It’s my 2nd time availing and not disappointed at all.

I paid for my reservation on 19th Jan and received the booking reference on 20th Jan. Upon checking the booking ref it was working fine. The second day (21st Jan) the booking was no longer available the same day I received an SMS that my visa is under process by the consulate. The 14+ days is a lie. I called the airline and they said that the agency just withheld the booking for couple of hours till I checked the booking ref and then they didn’t pay for the reservation causing it to be cancelled straightaway. The airline has all the logs and I believe them. Now I don’t know what’s going to happen with my visa application but I can tell you to STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. They didn’t reply to my emails and I had to dispute against them through AMEX. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS!
