Decided to try these since melatonin alone doesn’t help me sometimes. Loving it so far! I usually take two if I’m not tired and one if I am. I’ve been sleeping great. Even if I wake up at night it’s a lot easier for me to fall back asleep. Definitely recommend them!

Very effective, slept so well after taking 3 gummies. Although I do think my body got used to it, I still recommend taking if needing a sleeping supplement
