I bought these gummies for my mom who always has trouble staying asleep. They didn’t help at all. I tried them to see if they would work for me, but unfortunately they didn’t. I really wanted these to work out for me because they taste good without a nasty after taste. I started with 1 for 3 days then 2 for 3 days then 3 until they were gone. They didn’t make me sleepy and didn’t keep me asleep. I have to keep searching.....
