I tried their free 7 day trial. I didn't want to continue so I clicked on Cancel Subscription but got no confirmation. I sent them an email, no response. Fortunately I used Paypal and was able to cancel the subscription that way. Dishonest company.

Though quite an expensive service, as a collector & seller of fine majolica, antique, & vintage china, as well as sports memorabilia, the information provided by Worthpoint is well worth the price.

Worthpoint needed to update my account payment information. I was divorced several years ago and started the account anew. After signing up again and paying, they still would not allow me into the account. I could not reach them for a while, but they reached out to me to settle all my concerns in short order.
