Beware the false advertising , I just bought a limited edition silver tag bear, of which only 1500 are made worldwide of this particular model . Which is clearly advertised on this stores website picturing the bear . The picture advertising the bear was clearly showing the item and it’s number that was No 40 , but sadly to my disappointment when it arrived it was No 384 of 1.500 . So I contacted customer service and was told , “ it’s a stock photo and it’s not their fault what number I get “ . I can return item at my time and expense , that’s very poor service . There’s Nothing unique about this shop , “ just good old fashioned poor service ! So potential customers please be aware , if you want good service and not misleading I’d really go elsewhere . “ you have been warned “ Just an old saying once bitten , twice I know you know the rest ….
