The chocolate bouqet was amazing. Little sister was really pleased. My only issue was that my birthday message to her was cut super short due to the word count. The customer needs to know if they have exceeded the word count.

Was a little worried after reading the other reviews on here but it ended up being a really beautiful bouquet with lots of candles, chocolates and silk flowers. The person I sent it to said it arrived in great condition and we are very happy. It was a day late but that was due to Royal Mail’s backlog.

Never received my order, sent several emails to follow up with no response. Disappointing to say the least.

The unique gift store are incompetent unprofessional poor quality of service i gave a one star rating which is generous Do not buy online or They have not delivered my products and tried to agree to find the missing products to post out the same product if found 3 weeks later Even with the covid cases rising I am still waiting for my refund it has taken 4 emails 3 phone calls and i am making a claim throught the small claims court Do not use this service do not waste your money it is better to shop elsewhere anyway but the Unique gift store they are unique with bad service

Been delivered a surprise present of one of the chocolate gifts looked nice apart from the bars being multi-pack which I thought wasn’t legal for them to sell but apparently they can, a tad upset as I am aware this cost a friend a lot of money. I will not use. Also not out of date chocolate but close to sell by date some items.

Terrible customer service. I forgot to check on here before I ordered My order was incorrect and delivered late. I have written lots of emails and tried phoning With absolutely no response Reply to below……I left this review in March 2021+ the reply below was made on may3rd 2022!!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered a chocolate and flowers bouquet for £30 and paid more than £10 delivery to get them delivered on a certain day because it is not clear on their website that all their flowers are artificial. I sent them an email to say I was disappointed that they were not real flowers and I was annoyed I had paid over £10 delivery for no reason. The chocolate bars included have a big £1 printed on the wrappers which looks cheap, the whole thing is overpriced considering they are fake flowers. All they have done is argue with me via email, I have received really horrible emails from them.
