Perfect for daughters new laptop for completion of school years Had initial problems with downloading , however after a quick email Lennie came back instantly to offer assistance great customer services and all worked out great in the end Thanks Lennie excellent customer experience and great price.

I purchased the Office Professional at an extremely good price and waited for the key to be emailed. As this didn't arrive in my inbox promptly as suggested, I emailed Zak and they suggested that it had been sent and could possibly have been diverted to my junk mail, checked and sure enough it was there, together wither another mail I had been waiting for. Thanks guys, great help and followed the instructions provided to authenticate and they worked a treat Thanks guys

I purchased a Microsoft Office Professional package through Wowcher at a fantastic price. I has trouble installing intitally so e-mailed the helpdesk and was provided with new instructions and a new product key within 24 hours, unfortunately I couldn't get this to work either so e-mailed again and they suggested I call up. I spoke to a super friendly advisor named Ben, I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes and he had assigned a tech advisor called Kelly to help me, who e-mailed me promptly with instructions on how to set up remote access, after doing this they installed my programmes for me and Kelly e-mailed again to let me know it was all done. All in all, quick and efficient service but also very lovely staff! I would definitely use this company again.

Microsoft Office 2016 activation key from Zak learning (via Wowcher) worked fine for me. It took about 2hrs for my old laptop to download and install the software. The verification codes from Microsoft were tedious to copy but I got there in the end.

I bought Microsoft office 2016 from Zak learning via Wowcher. The instructions in the email were different to what I had on screen when I downloaded it and it didn’t work. I was frustrated and upset because I thought I had been ripped off. I emailed Zac learning and had a reply the same day. I was advised to ring them which I did, I spoke to a guy called Lennie and he resolved the problem for me straight away, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, thanks Lennie 😊
