Really well done. The site is basically simple to navigate with a few exceptions. As for staff, the person who dealt with my issue did so with respect for my concerns and (more importantly) options in case the first round of trying to fix the issue didn't work. I'm not one who likes to go back and forth with customer service, And they were very respectful of my situation. looking forward to being just as well educated and treated with the class Thanks!
