After two more contacts about the installation routine everything was OK. Office 2019 H&B runs great. After an update, the language was changed to "GERMAN" and everyone is happy. Bin begeistert!! Obwohl am Ende der Installation eine Office-Fehlermeldung proppte, dass das alte Office nicht deinstalliert war. Office und Office 365 wurden aber vor der neuen Installation bereits deinstalliert!

Purchased the prince 2 foundation and practitioner with exams this include everything I need to know to pass my exam they had arranged my exam for me. Money well spent.

Two courses, great value for money, some better then others but it does what it says on the tin and some are brilliant. Support during the courses was also good. I don't have major negative comments to use to learn or update knowledge within familiar field of education.

I got some instructions at start but literally ZERO support or reply to my emails since then. I am deeply disappointed... Jozsef
