I order a watch 3 days ago I did not receive the email receipt and I have no clue when the watch will arrive , because transaction still showing pending and I am expecting an email confirmation

The scarf I ordered is extremely high quality, and the pattern is very unique. I’ve already received multiple comments from strangers about how much they like my scarf, and where did I get it.

I bought Black Textured Leather Dress. I received it late, in which the company apologized. Looks nice but I overpaid for not real leather. I would know real leather, I have leather shoes, coats, jacket, bracelet, gloves, etc. On Trendhim website, it's says leather, but feels, look, bend like rubber, and it doesn't smell like leather. No where on the belt says "Made of Leather" or no symbol of leather. The website also mentioned "Our products are made by third-party suppliers,..." and labour rights. Nothing about quality by the third party. If it's real leather, I have no idea what animal it came from or who is the third party are. The belt is overpriced for whatever it is.

Although the gloves did not fit (in my humble opinion, their sizing chart is WAY off! Couldn’t even get my four fingers through wrist opening and I have normal hands), the whole purchase and return process was great! Excellent communication. Some stress about the return, it’s postage paid but some US post offices didn’t know how to handle the international address and wouldn’t accept it without charging me. Went to another post office and they took it no issue. Second stressor was No Tracking. For such an expensive item, I really hated just handing it over with no receipt/tracking.

One item I had ordered got lost in the mail and when I requested assistance, the response was quick, terrific, and human! It was quickly remedied so I was able to send my gift in time for the holidays. The quality of hat and gloves are terrific.

Trustworthy /reliable service!

I was ;looking for a big wallet for my husband and found this one. He loves it. Good quality.

Trendhim is an excellent company offering high-quality, innovative, and very classy items. Their messenger bags, watches, and t-shirts are the best quality I have purchased. I would give them a five-star rating except for two issues. First, they insist items can be returned from the US with a downloaded five dollar return label. I spoke to customer service several times to let them know this was not true. To return an item (a wrong-size belt I bought), you must fill out a US customs form and pay the international rate ($33 in this case) to mail it to Denmark. It would not have been delivered if I had just used their return label. I spoke to three separate US postal offices about the issue. The customer service person was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, but his manager insisted I was wrong. The company needs to have accurate information if they want to sell in the North American market. Second, you can't create a personal account on the website to track purchases, order history, payment options, etc. This is standard practice for sites in the US. It would be very helpful for Trendhim to adopt the practice used by all major companies. Otherwise, Trendhim is a great company with excellent quality products.

We were kept informed of the package shipping schedule. It was shipped very quickly; arrived in perfect condition. Never ordered from Trendhim before. We would do so again. Great quality, logically designed — and it’s stylish as well.

Items small for size ordered I ordered socks and underwear for husband and son at Christmas. Socks were very small and thin, I am using them. Underwear are small gave to our nephew. If you have normal size men these items run small. Last year bought sons bracelets, had no issues with those.
